Agricultural and Environmental Modelling Welcomes Subject Editor Applications
"Making modelling research objects citable, discoverable, and reusable" and transparent - that is the core mission of the open-access Agricultural and Environmental Modelling (AEM) journal.
The recent editorial highlights that one of the defining features of AEM is its structured range of article types, designed to give formal, peer-reviewed recognition to research teams at every stage of a model's development.
Following its recent renaming, the journal has expanded its scope and structure to span the full breadth of modelling across Agriculture, Food Systems, Natural Resources, and Environmental Sciences.
The journal is now seeking Subject Editors with expertise in the following fields:
- Agriculture - management systems, production, and agroecological modelling
- Food Systems - food safety, production, quality, resilience, and control
- Ecological Systems - ecological processes, species ecology, impact assessment, and environmental risk analysis
- Bioeconomy - modelling biotechnology, biomass utilisation, and bio-based production systems
- Social-Ecological Systems and Interactions
- Environmental Science and Natural Resource Management
Are you an expert in one or more of these fields? Do you want to support innovative, peer-reviewed, open-access research built around the FAIR principles? > Submit your application here.
